Secondary school and COU course at the Beatriz Galindo Institute. She took the entrance exams for the Madrid Royal School of Dramatic Art and enrolled in Journalism at the Complutense University. She was eventually accepted into the Royal School of Dramatic Art and gave up journalism.
She took various courses in interpretation, contemporary dance and flamenco with Víctor Ullate.

She made his film debut in 1998 in the feature film A Good Boyfriend and that same year she received the Max Factor Award as “the most beautiful face in Spanish cinema.”
She acted in films like Nobody knows anyone (1999), The son of the bride (2001), The other side of the bed (2002) with which she gained popularity, Soccer days (2003), A blows (2005), GAL (2006), Las chicas de la sexta planta (2011) together with Carmen Maura and Atraco en familia (2017), among others.
Series
His first television appearance was in 2003 in the Antena 3 series El pantano alongside Emma Suárez. She later worked on the series Al filo de la ley (2005) and Los Serrano (2007) during the sixth and seventh seasons.
In 2008, she starred in the miniseries La bella Otero based on the homonymous novel by the Uruguayan writer Carmen Posadas.
From 2009 to 2011 she was one of the protagonists of Doctor Mateo playing Adriana Pozuelo during the five seasons that the series lasted, a role for which she won an Ondas Award for Best Television Actress in 2010, a Zapping Award for Best Actress in 2011 and two nominations in the gold TP and the silver Frames in 2011 and 2009 respectively.
She appeared in the French series Jeu de dames (2012), and with Beatriz Carvajal in Bienvenidos al Lolita., released on January 7, 2014, which was canceled due to low audience after the broadcast of eight chapters.
She was the forensic doctor Rebeca Martín during the first season of El Caso. She chronicles events (2016) and she starred in the series El nudo (2019-2020) and They all lie (2021).
Couples and Daughter
In 2003, she was associated for a few months with the television presenter Gonzalo Miró.
She was a partner of the bullfighter Miguel Abellán from 2005 to 2010.
Later she was related to Gonzalo de Castro, his co-star in Doctor Mateo.
In 2013, she began dating chef Jaime Renero, to whom she became engaged in 2014. A few days before the wedding, the couple called it off.
Related to the Spanish rugby player Marcos Poggi since 2015, on March 12, 2017 they were parents to Chiara.
